City of Seattle
GIS Analyst

After spending years working in Seattle's startup software community, I recently followed my lifelong passion for maps and changed careers to GIS. Right now, I do a mix of GIS work, including cartography, server admin, and business process analysis. Cartography is my pole star, though, and my goal is to make it my full-time work. Outside of the office, I play in a weekly pub trivia night, organize a monthly geeky board game party, administer my own web/email server, and partake in Seattle's artistic and culinary scene. I have a 9-year-old daughter and a software developer husband. I enjoy soccer, flying trapeze, and recumbent cycling. This summer I'm taking my family to Asia for 3 months.
